She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Letcher Wood and Bertha Tomlin Wood; her former husband Elton Ball; her husband Mearl Pierson; her sons, Donald (Glenda), Dale (Sarah), Gene (Suyapa) and George (Cathryn); her grandchildren, Sara, Kimberly (Rick), Derron, Kevin (Libby), Eric, Nathan (Katie), Steven, Nicolas, Mollie and Emily; her great grandchildren, Caroline, Lilian, Aurelia, Hattie, Nadia, Camille, Nora, Maddie, Kelsey, Bennett, Corban, Evy and Lucas; her extended family Helen Pierson Greenstreet; and also Pierson. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
