We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023, at the age of 88, Jewell Levesta Crockett Saylor Capps (Big Stone Gap, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hobson and Myrtle Lucy Edds Crockett; her husbands, Chester Saylor and Arthur Frank Capps; her brothers, David Patton Crockett, Joe Ronal Crockett and Harold Ray Crockett; and her sisters-in-law, Wilma Rouse Crockett and Ruth Thomas Crockett.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Saylor (Beverly King) and Allen Saylor; her sisters, Jannette Daniel and Ruby Frye; her siblings-in-law, Bobbie Crockett, Betty Stovall, Alice Faye Delph, Arlene Saylor, Ginger Saylor, R. S. Saylor and Loyd Saylor, Jr.; and her grandsons, Corey Young, Scotty Saylor and Dereck Saylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
