He is survived by: his significant other Evelyn Fields McKinney; his daughters, Jenny (Andrew Chapman), Patricia (Bobby Underwood), Caroline (Brett Douglas) and Julie (Tony Rogers); and his grandchildren, Spencer, Andy Owens, Candace Flanary, Nathan Flanary, Kelsey Webb, Natalie, Andrew Chapman (AJ), Eva, Caden Rogers, Mary and Chad Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great grandchildren other close friends and relatives.
