He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Sidney Culver and Elizabeth Ann O'Connor Culver; and his brother-in-law H. G. Wiley. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Culver (Bev) of Winchester, VA and Karen Drury (Aaron) of Winchester, VA; and his siblings, Elizabeth Wiley of Stephens City, VA, Cathy Hively (H. D.) of Atlantic Beach, FL, Tom Culver (Sherry) of White Post, VA and Kevin "Dude" Culver (Jean) of Fort Valley, VA. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
