She is survived by: her husband Frank Paul Quarto; and her children, Chris Quarto of Gainesville, VA, Melanie Jones of Berryville, VA, Carolann Quarto of Vienna, VA and David Quarto of Manassas, VA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
