She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Reed Roper and Greta Belle Everhart Roper; and her sister Barbara Donivan. She is survived by: her husband Carl Franklin White; her daughter Amie C. Comer of Winchester, VA; her grandchildren, Alexis Comer, Declan Welch and Aaliyah Welch; her stepson Jeffrey White; her daughter Carla K. White-Welch; and her siblings, Irving, Porter, Harold, Lynwood, Richard, Bobby Roper and Rae Brown.
