He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Miller and Mildred Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Miller; his children, Chuck Miller (Janet), Carol O'Connell (Mike) and John Miller (Deb); his stepchildren, Alice Franklin, Gary Crouch (Tricia), Paul Crouch (Kris) and Karen Murter (Mike); and his brothers, Brian Miller (Vicky) and Jim Grieco (Sherry). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
