He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoverter and Donna Lee Hoverter; and his brothers, Wayne L. Hoverter and Ronald E. Hoverter. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hoverter; his sons, Benjamin D. Hoverter and Matthew L. Hoverter; and his siblings, Charles A. Hoverter, Sr., Sabin O. Hoverter, Sharon L. Mitchell and Tammy L. Pearson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
