She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence R. Kipps. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia C. Kipps of Bealeton, Kenneth D. Kipps (Linda) of Warrenton and Norma Rae Kipps of Warrenton; her brother Donald P. Neese (Liz) of Warrenton; and her grandchildren, Kevin Kipps, Adrienne Spanagel (Ted), Kristin Covington (Paris) and Amanda Fetzer. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
