It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lula Mae Blackburn of Bealeton, Virginia, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur T Dye and Molly V Dye; and her children, James H Blackburn, Rosa Lee Blackburn and Mary Mae Blackburn.

She is survived by: her husband William H Blackburn; her children, Wilma and William; and her brother Oscar Dye of Lignum.
