It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Neale Willingham of Bealeton, Virginia, born in Warrenton, Virginia, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clay Neale and Lucille Smith Neale; her brother Wayland D Neale; and her niece Nora Neale. She is survived by: her husband Carl; her daughter Sarah Neale Keplinger (James) of Bealeton; and her brother Buddy Neale (Donna) of Bealeton.
