She is survived by: her husband R. Mark Smith; her children, Jeremy W. Wade, Nelinda Evans and Juan Lujan (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Alexxus, Brooklynn, Emmiline, JJ, Shawn, Elijah and Baby Silas; and her siblings, Bonnie Elkins (Johnny), Johnny Wade (Loretta), Donna Godwin (Jimmy), Karen Sanchez (Gilberto) and Steve Wade (Margie).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Moser Funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
