He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Lee Scarborough; and his children, Kenneth Allen Scarborough (Tara) of Cincinnati, OH, Kathryn Ann Scarborough of Omaha, Nebraska, Nicole Lynn Davidson (Tyler) of Warrenton, VA and Todd Alton Scarborough of Winchester, VA. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
