He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Turner and Clemmie Kendrick Turner; his wife Faye Hall Turner; and his brothers, Mitchell Turner, James Turner, Allen Turner, Sammy Turner, William Turner and Jason Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Karen H. Fralin (Danny), Ted M. Turner Jr. (Pattie) and Thomas M. Turner (Kim); his grandchildren, Jessica Harmon (Matt), Zoie Cook (Jamie), Justin Compton and Zachary Turner; his great grandchildren, Lucas Harmon, Cooper Harmon and Alice Cook; and his siblings, Marlene Dalton, J. D. Turner, Nathan Turner and Landis Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
