He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Turner and Clemmie Kendrick Turner; and his brothers, James Turner, Alan Turner, Jason Turner, Bill Turner, James "Crow" Turner and Mitchell Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Janet C. Turner; his children, Diane Kendrick, Daneille Hannock (Ted), David Turner, Daniel Edwards (Heather) and Kevin Edwards (Kim); his grandson Brandon Rea (Stephanie); and his siblings, Ted Turner of Landis Turner, J. D, Nathan Turner and Marlene Dalton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
