It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samantha Joan Lipscomb of Bassett, Virginia, born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather James "Jimmy" Robertson; and her uncle James "Pojo" Robertson. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Lipscomb and Vanessa Tillman Lipscomb; her children, Colton Martin and Aubrey Martin; her brother Rodney Lipscomb; her grandmother Beverly Robertson; her uncle Elden Tillman; and her aunts, Loretta Warner and Charlotte Wiggington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
