It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Eugene Harrington of Bassett, Virginia, born in Fieldale, Virginia, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Edgar Harrington and Beulah McManis Spencer; and his siblings, Robert, James, Willard, Bill, Roy Harrington and Ruth Craft.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Harrington; his daughter Kim H. Arnold; and his grandsons, Ralph Jefferson "JT" Turner, III (Emily) and Ray Martin Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
