She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Foley, Sr. and Josie Law Foley; her granddaughter Brownie Williamson; her siblings, Royal Foley, Richard Foley, Jr., Arlie Foley, Coolidge Foley, Billy Foley, Marie Pennington and Beatrice Moye; and her sons-in-law, Larry Foley and Robin Robertson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Josie Foley, Rosemary Carmichael (Jerry Sr.), Lorene Robertson, Rebecca Boyd (Eddie) and Patricia Lowery (Bernie); and her siblings, Betty Hall, Joann Thompson and Stephen Foley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; sixteen great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
