She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Wilbur Williams and Annie Bowles Williams; her husband Walter Carson Parcell; her siblings, J. T. Williams, Frances Hayden, Lucille Jones and Wilbur Williams, Jr.; and her son-in-law Steve Setliff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Frazier (Mike) and Carol Setliff; her granddaughters, April Hodnett (Bo Moore) and Amanda "Mandy" Gordon (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Mikel Carter (Keinita), Reyven Hodnett and Ethan Hodnett. She is also survived by 3 great-great-grandchildren, and loving nieces and nephews.
