She is survived by: her husband James "Eddie" Edward Smith; her son Tommy Smith (Evelyn); her siblings, Alice Young, Mary Sigmon (Guy), Myrtle Smith, Carol Martin (Elmer), Dot Shough (Roger), Barbara Holt, Grady Ratliff (Lois), Coy Ratliff and Eddie Ratliff (Kay); and her grandchildren, Jessica Edwards, Daniel Smith and Tim Smith.
