He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter O. Hodges and Elva Smith; and his son Michael Hodges. He is survived by: his wife Susan Winn Hodges; his children, Jimmy Hodges and Karen Douglas; his stepson Matthew Carter (Jinky); and his siblings, Carol H. Thompson and Roger Hodges. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
