He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy James Justice and Phyllis Ann Roberts; and his brothers, Lucky Justice and Herbert Justice. He is survived by: his nieces, Sabrina Mae Justice and Wendy Ann Justice; his nephew Herbert Justice, Jr.; his wife Patricia Ann Justice; his children, Rockie Ann Roberts, Jennifer Roberts Craft (Cory), Nikki Roberty (Kevin), Brooke Lee Justice, Arthur Ray Justice and Joshua Wayne Justice; his sisters, Beatrice Collins (Harvey), Bonnie Meadows (Freddie), Trubby Stanley, Norma Jean Stevens and Loretta Lynn Russ; and his grandchildren, Andrew Johnson, Katelyn Johnson, William J. Craft, Rebecca Craft and Zaydyn Malachi Justice. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
