He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Wagoner and Ocie Allen Wagoner; his wife Mary P. Wagoner; his grandson Ronnie Lee Wagoner; and his siblings, Alpha Hale, Curtis, Howard, Charles and James Wagoner.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Lee Wagoner, Carolyn Renee Wagoner, Donna Jean Sessor, Ronnie Wagoner (Bonnie), Carry Wagoner (Peggy) and David Wagoner; his grandchildren, Michael S. Wagoner, Tina Clark, Nicole "Nikki" Kendrick and Jessica Hodges; his great grandchildren, Macy, Landon, Izabella, Julia, Aaron and Jack; his great great grandchild Haven Seiy; and his sisters, Voleria Cundiff and Esther Waller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
