She is survived by: her husband Charles Carter; her children, Cecile Clemmons, Kevin L. Tate (Jacqueline Tate) and Keith Tate (Mina Tate); her grandsons, Matthew R. Tate and Ryan Tate; her siblings, Phyllis Sager, Dennis Gentry, Kenneth Gentry and Edwin Gentry; and her pet Jenny. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
