It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Luck Garner of Ashland, Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Luck and Marion Forchell (Duke). She is survived by: her brother Douglas Luck (Pat); her husband Joel "Ronnie" Garner; her children, Joel "Charlie" (Kelly), Crystal and Ashley; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Kaylee and Kiersten.
