With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Lester Scruggs Sr. of Ashland, Virginia, born in Scottsville, Virginia, who passed away on September 7, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Paula L Winkis (Edward) and Paul "Les" Scruggs II; his grandchildren, Tre Scruggs, Kali Halterman, Alex Winkis and Aiden Winkis; and his brother Boyd E. Scruggs Jr. (Paul).
