He is survived by: his wife Dianne Lynn Bailey; his children, Suzanne Bailey, Wayne Bailey, Marsha Fagg (Kipp), Linda Lucas and Marshall T. Bailey, Jr.; and his stepchildren, Tiffany Creery and Ian Creery.
He asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Wings of Hope Ranch, Ashland, VA, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House, Richmond, VA.
