With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Lee Tefelski of Ashland, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Karen Lee farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Karen Lee is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Marie Crooks and Arthur Tefelski. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Tefelski, David Tefelski (Shelly) and Jeff Turman (Kimberly); her cousin Sharon Tefelske (Jeff); her niece Elisse Sanabria; her nephew Christopher Turman; and her friend Gina Koke.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 6:30 PM at 4032 Cox Rd a, Glen Allen, VA 23060. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 7:30 PM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
