He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Allen (Carl) and Sherry Mayhew (Rusty); his grandchildren, Amanda Lawson (Jeff), Anthony Allen (Sarah), Bailey Edmonds (Krystal), Stephen Mayhew, Jr. (Chasity) and Dulin Mayhew; his great grandchildren, Madison, Abby, Colten, Hayden, Kaden and Hannah; his brother John B. Johnson (Alma); his niece Cindy; his nephew Patrick; and also, Carolyn, Jerry and Patsy.
