We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2023, at the age of 89, Henry Carlton Wingfield (Ashland, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude T. Wingfield and Victoria C. Wingfield; his siblings, Anne W. Beadles, Andrew C. Wingfield and Claude F. Wingfield (Dick); and his nephews, Andrew C. Wingfield, Jr. and Thomas C. Wingfield.
He is survived by: his wife Velma S. Wingfield; his sister Edna W. Duggins; and his children, Shelby Shores, Sharon Jarrell (Ricky), Sherry McKay (Jimmy), Carolyn Thompson (Bruce), Carlton Wingfield (Sherry) and Linda Hall. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
