It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Daniel Fowler of Ashburn, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Romay Lucas Fowler and James D. Fowler; and his brother David L. Fowler (Cynthia). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kimberly Fowler Luchtenberg (Joseph) and Scott Daniel Fowler; his granddaughters, Ashley and Alexandra Luchtenberg; his sister Dianne Fowler Reason (Joseph Paul); and also Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
