We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2023, at the age of 78, Amanda L. Branch of Appomattox, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Childress, Jr. and Rachel Burks Childress; and her siblings, J. W. "Peewee" Childress III, Evelyn and McDonald.
She is survived by: her sister Crystal McCormick (Donnie) of Appomattox; and her caregivers, George and Lynn Rivers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
