He is survived by: his children, Johnny L. Mumpower and Thevenow A. Mumpower, Jr.; his wife Sandy (California); his grandchildren, Samantha Mumpower (California) and James Mumpower; his great grandchild Lilly Mumpower (Tennessee); his siblings, Eureka Lee (Don), Harry Mumpower (Carolyn), Charles Mumpower (Linda), Eldon Mumpower (Dorothy) and Sherman Mumpower (Peggy); and also, Matthew Poteet (Big Stone Gap) and Christina Handley (Tennessee). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
