We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Sam Duff (Appalachia, Virginia), born in Pennington Gap, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Duff and Ina Mae Duff; and his sister Doris Ann. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Duff; his children, Joey Duff of Appalachia, VA and Joie Cantrell (Chris) of Pound, VA; his grandchildren, Patrick Cantrell, Travis Cantrell, Dalton, Tyler, Conner Duff and Sierra D. Kiser; and his great grandchild Devin Duff.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the St. Judes Childrens Hospital or the Lonesome Pine School and Heritage Center.
