It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Duncan (Annandale, Virginia), born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on January 18, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Margie Lee (James); her children, Megan and Trevor of Annandale; her siblings, Jim "Mickey" McCutcheon of Allamuchy, NJ and Lana Miller (Marvin) of Kingwood, WV; and her stepbrothers, Bob Hannon (Helen) of Westernport, MD and Chris Hannon (Wendy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
