He is survived by: his children, Azell "Peaches" Everett (Michael), Brianna Guy and Mondrell "Quint" Smith, Sr. (Ashley); his sisters, Marsha Christian (Arthur), Lorrie Turner and Cynthia Crew; his friend Sandra Moore; and his grandchildren, Ashton Smith and Mondrell Smith, Jr.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
