He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. Howell and Mildred L. Howell; his brothers, Barry Howell and Chris Howell; and his wife Frances Howell.
He is survived by: his sister Karen H. Mann. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.
