With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Martin Toohey Sr. (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Sparta, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 18, 2019 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Isaiah and Gladys E. Toohey (LaDue); his siblings, Patricia A. Harrie (Russ), Mary Lou Jenkins, Jackie L. Stage (Keith), John L. Toohey (Hazel) and Stanley A. Toohey (Dorothy); his granddaughter Jenner Toohey; and his great grandchild Braden Toohey.
He is survived by: his wife Patty L. Hepner; his children, Joan D. Hart of Woodward, William M. Toohey, Jr. (Hyon-Jung) of Dallas, James P. Toohey (Megan) of The Colony and Barbara D. McDowell (Danny) of Mooreland; and his brother-in-law Spencer Jenkins of Sparta. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
