It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Rutkofske (Alexandria, Virginia), who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his significant other Nicole Bullock; his parents, Ron Rutkofske and Arleen Rutkofske; his brothers, Kirk (Miyuki Rutkofske) and Eugene Rutkofske (Joanne Rutkofske); and his nephew Shawn Rutkofske. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
