He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Druschel and Samuel Plate; his stepfather Dominick Fragale; and his siblings, Sharon Shedore and John Fragale.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Morton of Rockville; his daughter Veronica Serafina Plate (Roni) of Manassas; his siblings, Marlyn Plate Marling of Shadyside, OH, Janet Rosenberry (Jim) of Wheeling, Jill Jebbia (Josh) of Wheeling, Anthony Fragale (Brenda) of Trenton, NJ, Dan Fragale (Donna) of Wheeling and Donald Fragale of Wheeling; and his grandson Braden Samuel Lindemuth of Manassas. He is also survived by his mother, eight siblings.
Memorial services will be held in Wheeling and Manassas at a future date due to current COVID-19 restrictions.
