As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rodney may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Croson and David Croson; his sisters, Della and Helen; and his brother-in-law Bill.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Croson (Michelle); his sisters, Doris Powell and Mary Sexton; and his sister-in-law Mary Sheehan (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jefferson Funeral Chapel (5755 Castlewellan Dr, Alexandria, VA 22315). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Comfort Cemetery (6600 S Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306).
