She was predeceased by: her former husband Walter E. Martin (Bud); her brothers, Frank, Rufus, Percy, Sid and Bobby; and her grandson William E Atkinson (Billy).
She is survived by: her spouse Mr Martin; her daughters, Patricia Ann (Peggy), Hagerstown, Mary Jean Osborne, Juanita Elizabeth Atkinson and Nancy Carolyn Heislup; and her sisters, Ethel Burton and Virginia Carr. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The Spanish Flu 1918-1922 was the last time our country experienced a pandemic of the scale we have now, she was about 3 years old when it ended.
