We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2019, at the age of 78, James Anthony Agnew (Alexandria, Virginia), born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Agnew and Katherine Shaw Agnew; and his former wife Jane Hoffmaster. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hitt Agnew; his children, Stephen (Annette), Karyn (Marni), Lauri (Skip) and John (Liz); his stepson Jimmy (Karin); his grandchildren, Kristine (Jeremy), Zac, Sam, Jonathan, Ben, Emma, James, Jake and Logan; and his great grandchild Aubrey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
