He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry, Sr. Charity and Mildred Charity; his former wife Louise Orr; and his daughter Wanda Jean Charity. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Charity; his children, Bishop Vincent A. Charity (Cassandra), Harry Charity, III, Joseph Charity (Kisha), Alonzo Charity (JoAnn), Vanessa Charity, Laressa Stanton and Tiffany Campbell; and his aunts, Marjorie Burts and Mary Charity. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Wanda Jean Charity.
