He is survived by: his wife Ann Guyer Levy; his brother Gilfrid Levy (Michele); his daughters, Melissa Levy (John Kokola) and Candice Levy Wesson (Mark Handy); and his grandchildren, Talia Wesson, Emily Handy, Jake Handy and Alexander Kokola.
