It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy W. Spicer of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wallace Bittle Watts and Bessie Louise Pocklington Watts; her husband Robert Lee Spicer, Jr.; her children, Patricia Manning (Dennis), Robert Spicer III (Catherine) and Steve Spicer (Keverne); and her sisters, Barbara Smith, June Bluford and Sue Duffee. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
