He is survived by: his wife Denise Mulholland; his daughters, Katherine, Nicole and Michelle Martineau; his parents, Ronnie Martineau and Anne Marie Martineau; and his siblings, Stephen Martineau (Melissa) and Ronda Hache (Rocky). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
