He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Church and Harold Church; and his sister Caryl. He is survived by: his children, David and Lisa (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Rian, Jace and Noah.
Arrangements are with National Funeral Home and due to the pandemic, family will be holding a private graveside service.
