We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Charles Rexford Norris of Alexandria, Virginia, born in Wallace, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Vann and Grace Norris; and his wife Polly Gray Bradshaw. He is survived by: his children, Charles Gregory Norris (Jessica O'Mara) and Bonnie Gray Norris (William "Lee" Niemeyer); his grandchildren, Connor Norris, Rachel, Jason and Kyle Niemeyer; and his siblings, Arnold Norris of Rose Hill, NC and Anna Gail Smith of Southport, NC.. He is also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Governor of Virginias order 63, all in attendance will need to ware a face mask, and use social distancing.
