He is survived by: his parents, Lester Cash and Ada Costa-Cash; his brother Brian Cash; his grandmother Petra Lorenzi of Patillas; and his aunts and uncles, Brenda Eyl of Durham, Pearl Hawk of Haw River, Saul Costa, Ivan Costa, Pablo David Costa of Patillas, Puerto Rico and Lauren McFarland.
